If you're planning a mermaid party on a budget, Target is the perfect place to get all of your supplies. From decorations to snacks and games, Target has everything you need to make your party a success.
Here are some tips for throwing an affordable mermaid party with Target supplies:
1. Decorations
Target has a great selection of mermaid-themed decorations, including banners, streamers, and tablecloths. You can also find some great mermaid-themed party favors, like candy necklaces and temporary tattoos. I got these balloon packs for only $6 and mermaid paper plates for $2 (Links are below)

First things first, you'll need to decide on a color scheme. I suggest using colors that represent the different elements of the sea: blue for the water, green for the plants, white for the sand, and pink or purple for the coral. Set the scene with some under-the-sea decorations. Hang mermaid balloons and a sign that says "Let's all be mermaids!" You can hang streamers in your chosen colors, or a beautiful balloon garland. and For the main event, set up a "mermaid spa" complete with colorful nail polish, temporary tattoos, and glittery body gel.

Mermaid Cake topper DIY
A paper mermaid cake topper is a great way to add a little bit of whimsy to your cakes, cupcakes, or other desserts. They’re also quite easy to make! I’ve designed these mermaids and they are available to order in my Etsy shop, just use a scissor to cut them out and tape them to a wooden stick.
